guys at the shop said it'd be better...but lookswize my car is an accord and i dont like the hoodpin thing

I hate hood pins personaly I think they look terrible but if you are worried about the hood flying up I would say get them.

 

but how fast do i have to be traveling for my hood to fly up? cuz i dont drive over 80mph on the freeway

 

:dunno: I think it depends on the quality of the hood. I think you would be safe without them but thats just MO.

 

personally, i'd get them. you know the "WHAT IF" thing if it does fly open. consider the mess IF it did pop open. i'd just get it for the safety issue.

 

i saw nevets hood flapping up and down when he was going around 80...get em.

 

take it from a person that has had a CF fly up and FAWKed up my windshield,...its not pretty,..get the hood pins,..or hood locks,..i was only doing like 75 on the freeway when mine went up,..but the quality of the hood could be so shitty that even crusing at 55 could make a hood fly up on you,..get the hood pins man,..better safe than sorry

 

might as well take it another step and get a hood lock. h:
