Default ebay preapproved bidder list?

:wtf:

Note: This listing is restricted to pre-approved bidders or buyers only.

Email the seller to be placed on the pre-approved bidder/buyer list.

I haven't been on ebay for about a month now... but wtf is this? Have to ask to bid?

That's going to easily deter me from many auctions.

Yeah I saw it also I was like I think most of them are people from other countries selling stuff though because most of the ones I have seen they are from other countries. :dunno:

:edit: even though most of them say registered in the US under their name they are still from somewhere else. I email some of them when I was looking for another bike and ask where they were at.

Unfortunatly there's no indication of this on the search page.... so you have to look at the damn auction to find this out.

I don't like it.

Yea... but wouldn't it be easier to have something that tells ebay to only accept bids from people that have a certian feedback rating or higher?

I like haveing as little contact with the person as possible. Contact usually means delays. I want to bid, win, pay, and have it shipped. I don't want a lot of BS.
