Default Falken Azenis

What do you guys think about the Falken Azenis? Are they okay for dailydriving, and driving in dirt, rain, or gravel? Wat size tires do you guys reccomend on 16" Rims? I am thinking either 205 or 215/45, but i think the 215's might rub on turns. What do you think?

i hear azenis are pretty wide for their sizes. and they are great in the dry..but in gravel and rain...not the best, but not the worst either. best thing...the price.

and you should be fine with 205-45-16

my azenis are not as wide as the posted size. so they are stretched to get onto my rim. i have 205's on a 6.5 inch rim i think. i dont know/care about rim size on this car

Well for dry weather, I LOVE the Azenis's, they love turns and they work PERFECTLY for me when I streetrace with them, but now for the track, thats a different story, i dont recomend them for the track, i broke an axle with them and other peeps have broke tranny's too, alot of people say they arent good for the Strip because they have a stiff sidewall, and i totally agree with that too, but if you get them, i think you'll love them, not only for the looks, but for the performance and price :-)

These are the only 16" sizes available for the Azenis

205/55/16 and 215/45/16.

would the tires be the reason for the broken axle?
