Question for Mods
If someone has a dynamic IP and is behind a proxy server, how do you go about banning them from your forums. Just a question.

Yea but what if they register a new name? Essentially this would make the person unbannable correct?

I am only speaking from what I know...which isnt much on the technical side of things.
What you are saying is true...but most users who create a new name just get caught again. :dunno: For some reason most who act out like the attention they get.
