Wet seat belts?

My seatbelts get wet even if the car is only out in the rain while I'm parked at work. Is that OK/expected, or something I should have addressed with the dealer?

If it's a 2009, I'd be raising hell with the dealer.

That's not supposed to happen. Have them change the seals and rubber for the door(s) and anything else needed.
