Default Where does this sensor go?

I just got my block back from the machine shop and they didn't completely reassemble everything. There is a sensor plug that goes on the side where the pullies and cams gears are but I cannot figure out just where it is supposed to go. The wiring is connected to an almost "U" shaped brace that has two mounting holes on the ends. Also there is another part that spins like a pulley but has no ribs for a belt to grip on. I remeber this also came of the same side but I'm not sure what it is, belt tensioner maybe? Same prob, can't really figure out where it goes or how it's supposed to go on. Any ideas?

I'm guessing the pulley is either your a/c tensioner or your timing belt tensioner...

It should be his timing belt tensioner. As far as the sensor it sounds like your top Dead Center Sensor
