Default Intake idle problem

I helped install a short ram intake on my friends car (nissan sentra lol), and when we started it to test it, the car kept killing. It would idle really low at like 600, then just drop. We tryed disconnecting the negative for about 15 minutes, which actually helped to level out the idle.....but its still alittle f'd up (idling at 1000 and juping up and down constantly). Does anyone have any other ideas that will even out the idle? This happened on another car i put an intake on, but after a few days it went back to normal idle and higher gas mileage.......maby its just meh:
