b18b to b18c
normally - a complete engine is just what it says, complete with all accessories - starter, distributor, alternator, etc. - a long block is the complete block assembly with head and no accessories - usually no intake manifold - a short block is just the block assembly, nothing else
First off, what do you mean by "all the other parts"?
Is it a complete longblock (with distributor, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, etc), or just a bare one (only the block and head)?
At bare minimum, you need a B18C intake manifold. The B18B distributor can be modified to work. Use the original mounts.

btw the "longblock" comes with an Intake Manifold, Exhaust Manifold, Injectors, Fuel Rail, Throttle body, Alternator, and Distributor. would that be everything i need to chang ethe b18b to a b18c (other than the ECU) thanks for the replys.
