Default Alignment problem, HELP!

I went to drop of my 98 Honda Passport EX 4x4 for a 4-wheel alignment at Firestone. Well, bascially to make a long story short, they ****ed up the alignment and can't get it correct. When i went in, it was only slightly off and pulled to the left, now it pulls to the right and worst then before! They told me it's within spec from the print out and that it might be the front tires. So they swap them left to right, it got a little better but still very noticablely off. So I ran out of time and have to leave after spending like 5 hours there.
So what is the problem? I'm freaking pissed because I paid $149 for the lifetime alignment and it's worst off then before. WTF, HELP!!

How many miles are on the tires? and how long were you driving on them with the alignment screwed up? possibly the tires are screwed?

I replaced the two front tires about 1000 miles ago with new ones from Good year, so I doubt it's the tires.

The car never been in an accident also.
