I finished the turbo install on my 94 Integra LS. Everything was within spec when I first started the car and ran it. The oil pressure was a little low so I made a pressure regulator and got it within spec.

I drove it a few days and everything was fine.

Now I started it and drove it and then it began to lose power at 3000rpm's + (just like when spark plugs are fouled). Plugs, wires are new. I took it home and let it sit over night. The next evening I got to it again, started it up and let it run...I ran fine except it started smoking, I believe the oil seal on the exhaust side of the turbo is gone and in need of a rebuild. I took it out for a drive and the hesitation started up but worse. I tried to drive it around the block and it just hesitated all the way down until it stalled. Now I can start it and it will run for about 1 minute then hesitate (engine shaking badly) severly and stall.

If anyone knows what this could be from, please let me know. Again, all of these problems happen before i get to boost and the turbo is set at 5psi when it is boosting. But I havn't been able to boost due to this problem

There's many factors that can cause this and the best bet is to have it checked out by a mechanic.
