Default twin disc or single plate

Ok guys The question is do I get the CM twin disc setup or the ACT xtreme pressure plate with street disc.

It's for a grs that will be turboed. I am looking for 400whp....if i can get it. I don't know a hell of a lot about the twin disc other then its suposedly "aggressive" has more mating surfaces (i.e. twin) and is said to be smooth engaugement. My only fear is the clamping pressure of the plate. I don't want like 1700psi and have to replace the thrust bearing once a year. The act is only 1200psi but that setup will hold 311lbs of torque. I really dont want to go to a puck cuz its is mainly street driven and I do not want the instant on instant off of a puck. All thoughts are helpful. Thanx

twin plates are mostly for race too, i heard that they chatter, and it's either on or off, no feathering the clutch

I really like the customer support that Unorthodox Racing lended when I was looking to replace my CM clutch that went south.

Call up their engineering and tech support guy Joe:
(631) 586-9525 ext. 12

They should be able to fix you up.
