D16a block with a D15b head

Default D16a block with a D15b head

D16a block with a D15b head I wanted to know if this combination will work. the D16a block is non-vtec and the D15b is vtec, what will i have to do. I am using the D15b ECU and wiring Harness.I wanted this combination for the vtec and the higher compression.Thanks....

Which D16A block? The D16A1 has a different dowel location than the D16A6. I know this because I have a pair of Cometic head gaskets sitting in front of me that aren't going to work on my customers engines. Need one????
