What kind of set-up do you need to be street-legal in all 50 states? I'm gonna do a cross-country trip and plan to get pulled over a lot in a lowered Red 92Si. :hs:

Cali is the only one you have to worry about. I am pretty sure if you pass smog there, you are good anywhere.

NJ cops might give you shit if they're bored. I got pulled over once back in 03 for a loud muffler. (It was no where NEAR as obnoxious as some fart cans) Cop tried to accuse me of lying abut how I had gotten it inspected recently with it on.
