Default h22 in 97 civic hb

I want to put a H22 in my civic, and i have been looking around and I can't find a website that tells me everything I need or have a complete change over kit. If anybody knows that would be really helpful.

thanks

You'll have better luck on this topic in the hybrid forum, so that's where I'm moving it.

I love the idea of a 2.2 liter over a 1.8 liter, or a bored/sleeved 1.8L

although a friend pointed something out today with such a heavy engine, you're going to be radically changing the handling dynamics of the car. that is something worth considering.

yah ive seen a h22 in a crx b4 with a turbo but it was definitely not something u want to drive daily, the front end gets really heavy, u get alot of understeer, for us with crx's the manual steering becomes a bitch. its a great fast car that literally breaks the tires loose when vtec engages in 2nd gear but steering is definitely compromised. not to mention a need for stiffer springs and shocks up front to accomodate the added weight.

having that motor you will just need to work with the suspension alot to get the proper set up I'm not sure about the crx but with civics thats all you have to do get big swaybars and stiffen up the shocks and you can get it to handle fairly nuetral
