Ever since i replaced my pistons, when i start the motor up after its been sitting for a long time. One of the injectors sounds like its clicking, it almost sounds like a valve tap, but its not. It goes away after running for about a min. so im not that worried im just curious.

Check the injector O-rings, and seal rings.
