i'm thinking im gonna need more info? what kind of turbo how big, wastegate? u just talking about turbo lag?, or is the car stuttering. do u have low compression pistons? or just stock? and it does the same in 2nd and 3rd with low rpms or higher?

greddy turbo kit (15g, internal wastegate), stock pistons, 5lbs boost...it's not turbo lag, i know what that feels like. it actually does studder a bit. i have a vortech fmu, walbro fuel pump, v-afc, profec-b boost controller, greddy fmic. i already bought new ngk colder plugs and a greddy bov, but haven't put them on yet. sounds to me that the car isn't getting quite the amount of gas it needs, but i've also never felt what a boost leak feels like.

i think it does it at peal boost only, cause when i'm in too high a gear and lay on the accelerator, it stutters a bit, and also at the end of the gear around 5500 or 6k rpm it does the same. what does a boost leak feel like anyways?

If you're running the blue box that came with the Greddy kit, that's the reason. When you get into the accelerator, it starts dumping extra fuel. At first it bogs the motor down, but later on it's worth it..... When you get it broken in (unless it's new), turn the boost up to 8psi.

Are you running the Vortech FMU and the blue box or just the FMU??

I hope to God you're not running the FMU with the V-AFC and a high flow pump. That's just silly......unless you're running stock injectors and haven't adjusted the V-AFC from it's initial fuel map settings. Get some larger injectors and dump that damn FMU...you're acceleration will improve immediately and you'll notice more power at the top end.

stock injectors could be ur problem, but with only 5lbs of boost it may not be an issue "yet", u might be pushing too much air into the chamber without enough gas causing u to run too lean causing bogging problems? but i dont know
