Q About Sleeving

I'm interested in getting a B18 block sleeved by AEBS and wanted to know if by having sleeves installed, would the cylinder bore diameter change or would I be able to use stock-sized aftermarket pistons??

you can have it re-sleeved to stock size or bigger if you want.
