I have an 8 lb. Aluminum flywheel in my Accord. I love the thing, it is my favorite mod. Extremely more responsive in 1st gear, 2nd gear not quite as much but noticable. Acceleration improved quite a bit and it revs quicker. Easier to match revs. Definitely a worthy mod if you are pulling off the tranny anyway...

I like my SSG flywheel - about 11 lbs, very good throttle response, took about 1/10 off my qtr mile and seams to pull a little better in first and second. Worth the money if installed with a lighter clutch disk and pressure plate.
