Default B18a1 ecu in 5g civic?

I just purchased a b18a1 pulled from a 91 integra ls. Im kinda confused about the ecu and wire harness. The Honda and Acura Performance book says using non-obd is not a good idea. The book says to use a p74 from 94 integra ls with this swap. But that is a OBD1 ecu. I guess my question is will a obd1 ecu just plug in to this motor, and if so what kind of wire harness should i use?

You can buy an obd0 to obd1 harness. There is a guy on ht who sells them.
