Default h23a nonVtec into 92 civic4dr

Hey, new to the forum. I am planning a little swap on my Civic in a month or so, once I get some more parts and info. Anyone have any advice on throwing a 2.3l Prelude engine into a 92 civic? To be more specific, I got ahold of a wrecked 1992 AWS prelude, and it had a H23A non-VTEC 5-speed in it. My civic has a 1.5L 5-speed, both cars are OBD1. My pal who has done several swaps is going to do most of the work, but he has not done this particular swap yet. I have read around some, and as far as I can tell, I'll need to at least improve the stability of my Civic. In fact, I was told by one person I would need to throw around 200 pounds in the trunk to account for the weight of the h23 up front.
Anyways, I'm looking for advice; I am toying with the idea of selling this engine and buying something nicer down the road...BUT...I am not looking for a street car, just anything better than my granny 1.5. I got the whole prelude for $300, so I am figuring if I ever want to do a swap, this is the cheapest motor I'll see come my way!

Not flaming but if you do a search the swap is the same as an H22 minus the Vtec wires.
