Sounds like an oil pressure issue. I would take the VTEC solenoid off and see if the filter is clogged.

either your MAP sensor is sensing boost and fuel cut engages, or your fuel supply is insufficient and the ecu is cutting out due to excessive knocking.

yes, but if your check valves on your MAP sensor arent bleeding boost away from the sensor properly, you'll still encounter fuel cut.

also, if you have an Apexi VAFC, set your VTEC crossover to stock, and set all of your fuel settings to zero. here's why:

the VAFC modifies the MAP sensor signal to regulate fuel. in the case of increasing fuel, the signal from the MAP sensor is increased, fooling the ecu into thinking the motor is taking in more air, so the ecu compensates with more fuel.

if you're boosting, the check valves will bleed off boost, so your ecu doesnt see the boost sinc Honda ecu's are preprogrammed to cut fuel if boost is present to prevent engine damage. if your VAFC is modifying the signal to provide more fuel while the engine is boosting with the check valve bleeding off enough boost to make the MAP sensor look like you're just at full throttle, that increased signal from the VAFC will trip the fuel cutoff, as the modified signal looks like boost to the ecu.
