Default Helms manual: 90-93 integra / Ls VTEC
I'm in need of either some pages scanned, or just have all the torque figures posted.

1. I need to know the head tighening sequence for a B16A1 head
2. also need to know the torque specs on those head bolts

3. I need the rod bolt torque specs for a 90-93 integra...If anyone has those, it would be much appreiciated

I have the entire '93 Helms in *.pdf format...I'll get to posting the pages sometime assuming Chanc keeps bugging me for ya.

Connecting rod nuts need to be tightened to 23 lb/ft
