You could probably use some but not all of the parts. The exhaust manifold obviously isn't going to bolt onto your car, but you can probably use the turbo, blowoff valve and intercooler (although my guess is that it's pretty small).
Depending on what exhaust housing the turbo uses you may be able to use one of the readily-available aftermarket exhaust manifolds out there like Drag, RevHard, etc that are flanged to mate to a T3 exhaust housing. Alternatively you can take the upper portion of a CRX HF/Civic Std exhaust manifold and modify it to mate up to your turbo if you've got some fabrication skills.
From there it's just a matter of making sure you have enough fuel going into the motor to compensate for the extra air.
