i am looking to do a swap on my 155,000 mile 90 SI hatch

what kinda swaps should i b looking into

here are some ideas of mine

GSR swap
B16 swap
LS swap
LS/VTEC swap

i am not gonna do the swap myself,,a local shop is

they say a GSR swap installed for 4500$$
LS swap installed 3200$$ or so
LS VTEC swap installed 4200$$
LS swap 3200$$ installed
dont have any on the B16 yet
what should b a good range for those to sell for??
also,,could someone explane what B16 im lookin for??b16A??i dont know all the b16 swap years??


do those prices seem good??

also,,i would like to know what kinda qtr mile times i may b runnin with all these with basic I/H/E
i can drive pretty good,,
i would like a swap that runs high 14's or less
