R tec coilover help

R tec coilover help
i have the Rtec coilovers on my 96 se and i dont know how to adjust them, i bought it used and ive tried holding one perch while twisitng the other they won't budge ive got a pic but dont know how to post it

I'm guessing it's just two nuts locked against each other, and you need special wrenches.

ive got the wrenches, i try to hold one while turn the other and they wont budge, ive used wd40 and nothin its pisin me off lol

only thing that comes to mind is there are some bolts or something locking them in place you need to loosen :dunno:
for example; my brother's gc has a set of bolts you need to loosen with an allen wrench before you can move the perch.

that might be it, ive seen the hex screw but it seems to be stuck to? should i apply some force to it or take it to a shop to avoid striping?
