Default GS-R Erractic Idle Problems

Performed a GSR swap into a 6th gen civic coupe. 97 OBD II motor and ecu and stock civic harness used. ECU is throwing a CODE 45 - 'Fuel System Problem, Too Rich or Too Lean'. RPM's all over the place from time to time. Car shuts off from time to time also. I've removed the spark plugs and noticed that they were still wet with fuel. It seems that the motor is running rich and not lean. I've heard that an MSD Ignition along with a fuel pressure regular could solve my problems. Also it seems that I have a faulty heater coil, because I am getting engine coolant in the passenger side floor. Could these two problems be related? Could it be a ECU Problem? Bad Spark? Fueling Problem? Vacuum? Bad O2 Sensor? Let me know were to start?

Are you using a stock FPR? Try and get a fuel pressure gauge hooked up and see what it's putting out.
