Default replaced spark plugs, all 4 old ones look different.

Ok, I pulled em, marked each one (#1 cylinder closest to timing belt, and so on), and each spark plug looks different. I don't have digital pictures yet, but here's a very brief description:

#1: thin coat of grey ashy lookin stuff covering electrode, ground prong, insulator, and metal rim. The V-notch in the electrode is stil visible (NGK V-power plugs).

#2: Thin coat of the same grey ashy stuff on the electrode, ground prong and insulator. But, the metal rim is covered in what I think is oil and carbon. It's not caked on, but it's an even layer of very black moist stuff. V-notch is almost worn flat.

#3: looks the worst of the three, the ash is white, not gray, and it's thick. Very thick caked-on black dry stuff around the metal rim, and again the V-notch is almost gone.

#4: Ash on electrode, ground and insulator is white, not thick but evenly coated. V-notch is still about half there, and the metal rim has a thin black coat that's got thick raised spots of grey ash around it.

Any ideas as to what's makin each plug burn differently? Thanks

Umm... I may be wrong, but sounds like you need new injectors dude. Running rich in #2 and #3 maybe #1 and $4 are lean. Also could be the crap gas your running, I use 100 Octane ONLY because the 91 oct shit here in calli is just shit.

This one sounds OK.

You may have oil control problems on this cylinder. Either that, or it's running rich.

Seems to be running rich.

Jury's out on this one.

Are you using any fuel or oil additives? That might explain some of it. My main worry is the erosion of the electrodes. If you change your plugs regularly, you shouldn't be seeing erosion like that. The wear and the white stuff could mean that you're overheating or having pre-ignition. I tend to agree with seth90dx, although there's something that seems odd to me. If you do get pix, that would help a lot.

Thanks for the specifics

I should have pictures up this afternoon. But, to answer the questions, I don't run any fuel additives, I use 89 octane Mobil gas, and here are the results of a leakdown test taken roughly 6,000 miles ago:

cyl. 1 @ 3% leakdown
cyl. 2 @ 4% leakdown
cyl. 3 @ 0% leakdown
cyl. 4 @ 0% leakdown

I'm not sure if that says anything about oil control in the cylinders, though. One thing I can say for sure though, is that the fuel injectors are VERY old. They're the only parts I transferred over from the engine swap, they have about 281,000 miles on them.

I'm kinda concerned about all this, so any help yall can provide is greatly appreciated. Hopefully pictures will come soon.

Thats your mane problem right there! Keep in mind these engines are built in japan, were they use 98 Octane fuel. 94 octane fuel is the shitiest fuel you can buy over there.
YOU NEED NEW INJECTORS-
