My friend has a 98 dx civic and he pulled a mini me swap on it (put d16y8 head on it and the works) and he has the d16y7 non vtec head sitting in his garage and told me i could have it and i was wondering if it would fit on a d15b2 on a 88 civic hatchback? I already have the new intake manifold and throttle body to go with the head and i just need to know what kind of trouble i might run into, especially being the b15b2 is obd0 and the d16y7 head is obd2. just help me out and let me know if it's reasonable and what all would have to be done to keep the engine reliable.
