Default help,missfiring like crazy

i wash my engine all the time,to day after i washed it, i drove away and my car started missfiring.it's been like 7 hours now and it's still missfiring every half a second.i took out the plug wires and found water on them,so i dried them off and that didn't help.Does anyone know what's probaly wrong?

THERE IT MOISTURE INSIDE YOUR DIST. CAP. TAKE THE CAP OFF AND DRY IT OUT. ALSO BLOW OUT THE DISTRIBUTOR VERY GENTLY WITH COMPRESSED AIR. YOU SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO.

you're supposed to cover all electrical components before spraying under the hood.

also, dont forget to dry out all the boots on your spark plug wires.

before putting it all back together after drying, use some dielectric grease on all electrical contacts (spark plug wires contacts and plug ends) except for inside the distributor to help keep water out.
