Today I went to Osaka jdm motors located in Montreal Canada.
They seemed ok to me but I don't know anybody who has dealed from them before. Does anybody here have dealed with them before.

The motor I'm interested is a B16A 1st gen with Y1 LSD---1350$
If he installs it he sells the package for 1800$ (but he said that it dind't require aftermarket mounts for instalment in a 1991 civic si)----> I wouldn't install the motor there thats for sure.... I just wanna know about good or bad motor experiences from them.

There are numerous stories about osaka on HT. It would probably be more wise to order from a different place. Like importautosalvage.com or passwordjdm.com

 

supposedly they got their problems under control, but unless you can drive up there i would not bother with them.

 

I would never deal with them over the net from the stories I've heard, but if I could walk into their shop and pick up the motor myself and the prices were good, then why not.

www.Hmotorsonline.com If you need more than my oppinion on them ask the folks @ ModACar, they buy there engines and use them for getting motors for there customers. I had an awsome experiance with these guys! Verry helpfull, good prices and WAY quick delivery (2 days to my doorstep)

 

i hear bad stories but the prices look oh so good :dunno:

 

i just purchased my engine last week ( b18c ) from Hmotorsonline.com and i was veryy confident with them. Osaka i talked to them a few times and they left me feelin nervous... and i did research and heard about swaps coming incomplete and such. but my engine comes in this week ill let ya know...
