'92 'Teg Engine Swap

What would be the best engine that I could use to replace the one already in mine? And where would I obtain it?

There's no BEST engine to swap in. If you tell us what your goals are, we can suggest options that will suit you. Otherwise, you can pretty much swap in any B series engine you want.
