Default Does D15B7 fuel hose = B18C1 fuel hose?

So, I was reading the April '01 SCC last night (on the throne :chuckles: ) and was looking at the article where they swapped a B18C1 into an EG. The said you have to use the B18C1 fuel hose from the filter to the rail cause the banjo ends are different and the D15B7 hose won't allow enough fuel...

I didn't change this hose. Anyone have any experience with this? Or even heard of this?

Thanks!

Default What's up?

My friend had a problem with a B18C1 he swapped into an EG Si a good while ago. The car just really stumbled and wouldn't pull. We though it was ignition or ECU because it seemed like the computer was just pulling a huge amount of timing out of the engine. Turns out, it was that hose. Something around the banjo bolt was just chokeing off the fuel and it wasn't running right. They fixed it somehow, I'm assuming swapped it for another one, probably a B-series one, and it ran fine after that. Seeya.
