Default Car hopping....

Okay whenever i'm in 3rd mainly and at about 30mph and i floor it, it'll hop about 2-3 times then it'll smoothly accelerate, could anyone tell me what this could be? whenever i set up my fuel pressure or lower it, it does the same thing. could it be spark plugs, cuz i just got platinum +4's in about 2 months ago.. or fuel filter? if that has anything to do with it. Its also still cold here and my engine NEVER heats up, gauge is where it sits when the car is off, and yes the gauge works cuz i can drive for 3 hours straight, driving nice or fast and get out fast and pop my hood to feel my valve cover or my radiator... all COLD like its not even on, could this pay a factor? Please HELP!!!!

it being that cold could definitely play a huge factor. In my prelude it does this in almost every gear til it is warmed up.... also... 30mph in 3rd gear and then punching it..... you arent exactly in the sweetspot of the motor yet especially on a honda.... its normal but I think it would definitely be better if you ever got it up to normal operating temp. And even though its that cold it should still warm up sometime.... You probably already know this but just incase, check the thermostat cause I had that happen to me where the thermostat spring gave out and it stayed open sending too much coolant so my engine would never warm up, and its warm where I live......

nono the person before hand swaped in the motor himself and he stuck it like a earily 90's late 80's integra radiator, so its taking in too much cold air through my radiator, no coolant is getting through the motor at all i've already tried to consider that.... but yeah i though the coldness would pay a factor. thanks man, later.
