Default Regarding ECU Reprogram

I'm planning to reprogram my ECU, but what should my settings be??

I have a GSR motor OBD1 in a 93 honda civic HB. I am planning to reprogram my ECU, but what should i set my VTEC starting point and redline at??

These are my current mods:
spoon pistons
spoon cams
JDM ITR 4-1 headers
skunkworks intake manifold
JG cam gears
STR fuel rail
2.5" pipe all the way through the exhaust
tenzo r exhaust
Walboro fuel regulator
ACT Clutch
The heads is STOCK

Any Suggestion?? So far my friend told me to set VTEC point at 5500rpm so the VTEC can kick in harder.

Default Try JUN P72 chip

Hi why don't u try a JUN chip for your setup? 4400 vtec, 9200 rev limit. Don't mistaken the GSR's 5400rpm IAB opening for your stock 4400 vtec.
