a freind of mine can't get his rx-7 started it turns and all that ish but it wont just start he says because its real cold over hear it has a hard time starting and something about it takes along time for the fuel yo evaporate or some shhh i dont know rotary's so ne help is greatly apperciated thanx

Did he flood it? If so, have him pull the plugs and injector clips and crank it a couple times to try to get the excess fuel to evaporate quicker.

Yeah 2'nd gen rx7's have a major flooding problem (not all but if you don't upkeep the vehicle it can get pretty bad) (the ECU does'nt work properly when you turn off the car).

Either follow the steps in the manual or www.iluvmyrx7.com

Or install a fuel cut switch
