Default 89 Accord won't start

The motor doesnt turn over. just a clicking sound. Battery is fine, plug wires are fine. What could be the problem?

Starter is dead. You can try hitting it with something blunt, and that'll sometimes be enough to get a dying starter to engage the flywheel and start the engine. Otherwise, look into a new starter. A remanufactured starter is usually like $80.

Look where the tranny meets the block. You can try giving the starter a wack before trying to start the car.
