i swapped an ex engine into a dx hatch, had to use the dx harness till my ex comes in, but besides ireg. idle the engine will cut out once a while when i come to stops and then takes a minute to start back up. what could this be? i have no o2's hooked up or the temp sensor on the intake.

 

I'd wait till you're using the correct harness to try to diagnose your problems. That's like saying 'I only had 3 spark plugs and I'm waiting on the 4th, but could someone tell me why I can't get it to time right?' See my point. h:
