Cam Question

I went to the junkyard today and found a cam from a 88-91 crx si with gear for 25 bucks. I was wondering if I would get any gains by swapping it into my d16y8.

Also there were numbers on the cam

No it won't work in your motor.The D16Y8 is vtec and the 88-91 is not so it has no vtec lobes.
