Ok, i have a D16y7 Engine, is there anyway i can add a couple of Horsepower to it, i want to hit at least a good, 15HP gain..i want to add a header, but i heard that you cant get it for the Y7's, so are there anyway i can increase my HP?
and also i want to add about, 20 More Tq

 

you can do a mini me swap. which is taking off your y7 head and putting on either a d16y8 head or a d16z6 head. it will give you vtec and a little more hp

 

so switchin the head is the only thing that i'll have to do then?
