Pulley sizing is a pretty specific question, and since we don't really deal with those particular cars, I'm not sure anyone is going to be able to answer that for you.

Is the Grand Prix GTP supercharged? I assumed you were talking about an s/c pulley, unless you were talking about underdrive pulleys. If it's an s/c pulley, then generally a smaller pulley will spin faster and yield more boost, but I don't know what specific size you would need for an increase of X amount of boost. If it's underdrive pulleys, than those are usually application-specific, so he would need to get a set that's made for his engine.

My parents have a GTP, the actual one they used in the Pocono 500 as the pace car the year Dale Earnhardt died at Daytona. I can find out for you but as inspryal said a smaller one would yield more boost but you wouldnt know what size to get for "X" amount of boost.
