Default Clearance issues

Do any of you guys know if I'll have clearance issues if I toss ctr pistons into my b16a2. Bear in mind the head has been resurfaced a few times. I'm gonna guess that off the top of my head it's been ground down a total of 8 thousandths of an inch. Will I have clearance issues? Does anyone have ctr pistons in their setups?

okay.. 8 thousandths or 80 thousandths? 8 thousandths isn't even enough to fix any real problems you may have had, and 80 thousandths may create problems... You can either put them in and clay the motor for clearances... Or talk to cometic... My head was milled 40 and so I got a .067 (67 thousandths) head gasket and it works like a charm. Plus I swear by cometic headgaskets... my block needed resurfacing bad it had pits in it and all kinds of shizz and I just sanded it down a little and the gasket did the rest... i'm amazed with it. lol. Put it to ya this way... My engine wasn't supposed to run because of that... And it runs great. lol.

yea i only shaved 8 thousands, just enough to get a new (not warped) surface. Thanks for the info.
