Default 98 b18c1 swap problem

i got drop in a 98 gsr motor into my 98 civic lx and i ran into a few problems that i would need your guys help on... problem number 1 is my rpm stays at around 1500 rpm and it just jumps up and down while i'm stop at a light and at idle when the engine is already warm up.. the second thing is while i'm driving at around 4000 rpm you hear this weird noise the jsut rattles, then right when it passes the 4000 rpm the rattle noise stops... the last thing is that i use a ex wire harness to do the swap.. can you tell me were is the second exhaust manifold o2 sensor is located at on the wire harness.. please help because i'm going nuts over here...

1. How's your ignition timing?
2.
3. I believe it's part of the interior harness.

i fix the rpm problem it was because my fuel pressure regulator vacuum line was not hook up the right way. okay i drive a 98 civic lx so how does the o2 wire look like if it was a inside wire?? plus how do you hook up the secondary butterflies?? something about a pin a-26??
