ok. we put a new lower half of the dist. in and a pickup. thought that fixed it. but it didnt. it still stalls when you stop the car. either in park or in gear now. it studders, shakes, then stalls. i have no clue what it can be. any more ideas?

 

I dont know what your original problem was, and I dont remember if I even saw the thread or not, but have you checked the fuel system (fuel filter, pickup, blah blah blah)? I had a bad vacuum leak in my old car but it never stalled out. My friend is having the same problem as you and she is taking her car to the dealer so when I found out what it was I will post up on here mayve you are experiencing the same thing.

 

sounds good. i was thinking the fuel filter is clogged. but not sure though. the guy who worked on it previously said he had to clean the injectors so im thinkin the fuel filter is clogging things up. lemme know asap about ur friend's car. thanx a bunch
