b16 ecu questions.

ok, without a chip the car is going to top out at 117mph and rev out at around 8000rpm right? which chip should i buy so that the vtec comes in earleier and revs out higher. i think its the mugen p28 but i can only find em on ebay for 92-95 civics and i have a 91 integra. please help

:squint: And why do you need to go faster than 117? Clearing the traps in the 11's or faster?

You can not use a p28 in your 91 teg, you need to get a pr3 or pwo ecu. these are both obd0 (88-91) ecus for a b16. If you want, i can chip the ecu for you for $150.
