torque specs and head studs sequence

Default torque specs and head studs sequence

Anyone know where I can find the torque specs and head studs sequence for a d16z6? I am pulling the head on a buddies single and I have no idea what the torque specs or the stud sequence is for the sohc are...and I'm have to put it back on one day, hehe. Anyhow, hope someone can help me out thanks.
