Default Question about running NOS on an Si

I just bought a new NOS setup for my Si and I only plan to run the 55 shot. The only problem is, my oil change was slighty overdue by a considerable amount of miles...about 6000 . I am wondering if this would affect the engines internals due to the late oil change. Thanks.
