Default what is your input?

http://www.turbomagazine.com/archive...1_tech03.shtml

186.8 whp w/ stock internals, fuel, and exhaust

Ive almost been talked out of a motor swap to do this or simular turbo on my d16z6(5th gen civic sohc vtec). Just because of my miles I would have the motor rebuilt prior. If you guys could give me any input towards or against turboing my motor that would be great!

nawww, for that kind of money, i say do the motor..after rebuilding your motor and the turbo and the install and the tuning, you'll still probably be better off swappin' a motor that has almost the amount of hp stock.

I say spend the money on the stock motor. You can peice a turbo kit together for about the same as a B16 swap. And you have a turbo so later on on forged internals are the only necessary part for more power.

Oh and you will want more power:thumbup:

Last time I checked the fastest all motor honda was built around a non-vtec sohc

So potential is there. A B16 is still only 1.6 liters

D16 forever
