Default Rebuild gsr or prelude?

what's up everybody, i've got a 94 gsr with 130K on it and altought it runs mint i was going to rebuild and mod the motor to get at least 200 crank hp.....but, i was thinking that if I could get around 6500-7000 (car is mint, it's my baby) for the car, I would have about another 6500-7000 hanging around for the mods.....so i was looking at maybe getting something new and possibly different.....what do you guys think? any of you have similar experiences? your comments are appreciated, thanks fellas:thumbup:

You can get a real nice 4th gen prelude VTEC for $6500-9000. Then some other mods for that would be nice. The bhp for the 4th gen VTEC is 190. So getting an extra 10 or 15hp would be pretty easy.
