horsepower ?

can i get 200 to 225hp out of my d16z6, without turbo or nitrous? if so how

i have no clue what the numbers are for high horsepower sohc's.. some darton sleeves and big pistons would get you on the right start

No you can't. Your looking at going naturally aspirated right? Go to d-series.org and so lots of research there. The only way with that engine is through force induction. You can go up to 400 plus horsepower.
