Based on a google search, Tompson Ramo Woodridge is an avaiation company. Searchs on the model number aren't turning anything up.

Would it go on your Integra? Sure, anything would. Your not going to be buying an off the shelf manifold and downpipe though. If your really looking to turbo the car, I'd go down a more travelled route, let someone else do all the legwork and just copy them. There are plenty of turbo Integra's out there.
